Thermal Fogging by

360 FOGGING SA

WHY SHOULD YOU BE USING

THERMAL FOGGING?

Antimicrobial fogging can significantly reduce the number of pathogens both on surfaces and in the air. The fog droplets float in the treated area for long periods. It quickly and thoroughly reaches a broader range of surfaces that are hard to reach or inaccessible using conventional cleaning methods, in small or large areas – indoor & outdoor. The swift treatment of large areas in a short space of time helps to break the chain of the infection quickly.

The use of Antimicrobial fogging is a powerful strategy of fast environmental decontamination. It is efficient, quick and easy to apply in a wide range of markets.

SANIGUARD

  • SaniGuard viral control chemicals are DDAC based - an active ingredient that has a proven 99.99% kill rate against Covid 19 as well as a range of other viruses

  • SaniGuard has excellent biodegradability and consequently low environmental impact

  • It is truly non-corrosive (only as corrosive as water) and does not oxidise - SaniGuard preserves the premises and equipment

  • The application of SaniGuard is fast and efficient, without the need for long periods of downtime of commercial and industrial establishments

  • SaniGuard is not pH-dependant and works at a wide range of temperatures

  • It presents very low toxicity at recommended usages (less than table salt), thus safe for operator and clients

  • It easily reaches the most challenging areas to be disinfected

  • Highly effective and active in the presence of organic matter

  • LOG rate: 6,21 of all pathogens, viruses and bacteria killed

  • SaniGuard was able to achieve a >99.999 killing efficacy within a 5 minute contact time against all viable bacteria in accordance with SANS51276:2009. SaniGuard has also achieved a >99.9% killing efficacy against Bacillus subtilis spores and clostridium perfringens spores within a 60 minute contact period as prescribed by SANS13704:2002. NRCS Registration: Act5GNR529/281852/040/1086

  • SaniGuard is effective against all enveloped viruses which is generally much more susceptible to the action of disinfectants than the highly resistant naked viruses - SaniGuard is highly effective against orthomyxoviruses(Influenza virus) and paramyxovirus (Newcastle disease virus)

  • SaniGuard’s technical active was extensively tested against a wide range of naked viruses. The naked viruses, such as Parvovirus, Circoviruses, Reoviruses, Adenoviruses and Birnaviruses, are widely regarded as the most challenging viruses to kill. SaniGuard is effective against all of these viruses

  • SaniGuard is effective against all groups of pathogens (bacteria, virus and fungus). All tests were certified and conducted using internationally accepted codes of laboratory practices (CLP)

ADI

  • ADI has an active ingredient of Sodium Sulphate which has an efficacy rate of LOG 6,25 in 30 sec- kills 99,999925% of all harmful pathogens. ADI is a surface disinfectant that kills harmful bacteria, viruses and fungi. The highest log rate currently available

  • ADI is a blend of natural salts and has a fresh odour

  • No need to rinse off surfaces with water after application

  • ADI has an ORP/Redox (scientific measurement of disinfectant effectiveness) in excess of 950mV and is stable in that region for 24hrs

  • ADI is Chlorine and Hydrogen Peroxide free

  • No toxic chemicals in the formula

  • Minimally corrosive to copper, untreated metal and bronze

  • No need to wipe surfaces dry after application

  • It will kill harmful bacteria and viruses on any surface where food or any organic matter is processed

  • Non-pH dependant and works on a wide range of temperatures

  • No need to leave surfaces for a “waiting period” while toxicity of the disinfectant “wears off”

  • Safety certification for disinfectants used in the food industry as per European Food Safety Authority (EFSA)

  • SANS1853:2017 (SABS regulatory body) COMPLIANT. Certified on BS EN 1276:2009. International compliance:). Highest certification norm for independent scientific advice and accreditation for safe food chains. Global GAP compliant. NRCS Registration number: Act5GNR529/293389/140/1087

  • There are two types of viruses namely; enveloped and non-enveloped viruses. Covid-19 is an enveloped virus, meaning that it is enclosed by a membrane. To kill the virus the membrane needs to be broken, and that is what soap and water and disinfectants do. Our product has successfully proven to kill non-enveloped  viruses. ( more resistant to temperature changes, PH and some other disinfectants)

  • ADI exceeds the recommended minimum log rating for reduction of human coronavirus

  • The following notorious and well known bacteria are effectively eliminated by our disinfectant (Kills 99.999925% of all harmful pathogens): Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Enterococcus hirai, Salmonella Typhimurium, Lactobacillus brevis, Enterobacter cloacta, Listeria monocytogenes, Shigella dysenteriae, Cholera Typhoid
